Where do I subscribe?
Online subscriptions can be purchased from 30 September 2026. No charge can be made before then.
What happens when I change plan?
Existing content remains readable, exportable and deletable. The limits of a smaller plan apply to new use, not retrospectively to your existing history.
How does Family work?
Family is intended for the paying person and up to four more people. A shared storage pool and server-confirmed seat assignment will be described as live only after both routes have been verified end to end.
How do I manage or cancel?
Your Clarity Account shows the server-confirmed status. Apple subscriptions are managed with Apple and web subscriptions in the Stripe portal; both routes appear when multiple sources are detected.
