Clarity on exchange
A new country. A system that comes with you.
Clarity adapts to your exchange role and connects travel, school, language, documents and personal organisation.

Access only with a confirmed Exchange seat
Journey, documents and messages follow the active role
Personal learning tools stay with the exchange student
Preparation, everyday life and connection
One journey. Several roles. Separate views.
From preparation to connection
One exchange. Many stages. The right role for you.
Before departureYour journey begins here.Stages, appointments, tasks and programme or travel documents appear in the area for your confirmed Exchange role.
In the host countryLanguage remains part of your Clarity.Exchange students retain Study Cards, vocabulary, Journal, Focus, timetable and calendar within the confirmed plan and role scope.
ConnectedStay close without full access.Students, parents, host family and coordination find the communication paths for their roles. Sensitive data follows the programme's respective permissions.Product status
Role view available. Access and support remain clearly limited.
Product status says not only whether a feature exists, but who it is for. Exchange is programme access; personal learning tools, organisation administration and web support each follow a different approval path.
Plan, role and boundaries
Access follows your programme. Not a public plan.
Clarity Exchange is tied to a confirmed seat and active role. A download or personal Clarity subscription does not create an exchange role. The programme confirms which role, organisation and permissions belong to your account.
- Access
- Confirmed Exchange seatThe role area opens after programme access. There is no public self-service purchase for it on this website.
- Roles
- A separate path for each responsibilityExchange students, parents, host family, school contact and coordination see only the areas intended for their role.
- Where it operates
- Clarity + Exchange ConsolePersonal and role-based paths live in Clarity. Organisation staff manage programmes, seats and operations in Console.
What to know before you begin
- Not every personal Clarity feature is visible in every Exchange role. Learning tools in particular belong to the exchange student's personal area.
- Sensitive documents and data follow role and programme permissions. A family or coordination role does not receive automatic full access.
- Staff and organisation administrators work in Exchange Console. Clarity does not present organisation administration as a personal role view.
- A new Clarity web support case remains disabled until legal-version approval. This is separate from the message paths an Exchange programme provides for its roles.
Your role begins with confirmation.
Download Clarity for your personal account. Your exchange organisation confirms Exchange access and the associated role.
