The connection is checked for your specific membership and organisation. Your confirmed seat determines the visible role and surface. Required account linking appears as a distinct step before a student offer or Family connection can be verified. Begin with your own access, then open the destinations offered for that particular membership and programme role.

The documents destination leads to records for your confirmed membership. They belong to your organisation's programme and your role. Open the documents available to your access and use the relevant programme route when information is missing. The documents you can see depend on your actual programme and the permissions that apply to it.

Journey follows your programme role and the information your organisation provides. See the phase of your membership and open the programme route offered to you. If no journey has been published for your seat, the view says so. You can base your next questions on what is available and what is still missing.

Notices belong to your current organisation. Messages and Support open the relevant destination for your membership; depending on the seat, an entry leads to a notification overview or the corresponding programme area. Read what has been provided and reach the offered help route. Personal questions and sensitive decisions remain with the responsible people.

Keep personal tools for your role
Students retain the personal learning and organisation features offered to their access. Other Exchange roles have their own destinations. A possible Family connection is separately confirmed and involves deliberately shared content. Programme membership means neither unlimited access to every Clarity feature nor automatic sharing of personal thoughts or Health data with the organisation or family.
