Choose the lessons, classes and workflows you want to improve. Agree who needs access and what a useful pilot would prove.

Define the scope together.
Set roles, data categories, responsibilities and deletion routes. Confirm the School agreement and school-specific data processing agreement before using production data.

Try a limited pilot.
Test the agreed workflows with a defined group. Review accessibility, support needs and the practical experience of teachers and learners.

Build on what works.
Agree an expansion only after the technical and legal reviews. Confirm support, storage and responsibility for ongoing operation.

Before a live school rollout
- The School agreement and school-specific DPA have not yet been released publicly. Production use and import require approval of both.
- Individual Teacher features do not grant school-wide access. Roles, purposes and permitted data must be agreed and verified separately.
- Generated tests currently support reviewed PDFs and printing, not direct digital delivery to students. Teacher Lock is not active by default.
