What you can control in an Ariadne conversation
Allow personal areas individually
Customize lets you allow Day & planning, School, Projects, Memory and Conversations individually. Upcoming events, open assignments or project titles can provide relevant context. Ariadne uses a bounded snapshot of the confirmed account. Health, Family and journal text stay outside this personal context route; choose the relevant permissions deliberately for your next question.
Ask with relevant Clarity context while keeping the rest of your personal information outside the question.
Explicitly add a source
Selected Smart Notes and content you pass to Ariadne from a visible record screen are separate sources for your question. The excerpt used remains tied to that selection. Voice Notes also require their own AI permission; allowing the Conversations area alone does not grant access to an individual recording.

Choose the conversation focus
A focus helps Ariadne rank relevance in the conversation. It is separate from the personal data permissions under Customize. Changing focus does not open additional sources. You can therefore approach the same allowed starting point from another angle without silently allowing more information into the conversation or extending its data access.
Guide the answer while keeping your existing source permissions.
Review a possible change first
When a supported action is available, it shows the prepared change before execution. You inspect the preview and approve it; a receipt records the action. An answered question or an allowed source alone makes no change. The actions offered and permission to use them depend on the access available to you.
See what is about to happen before agreeing to a specific change.
Understand the cloud request and allowance
A cloud request sends your question, the conversation history used and attachments. Allowed personal sources are added within the selected, bounded context. Choose a private chat for questions without personal Clarity sources or Memory. Your plan determines the daily message allowance, so you can compare access by the number of chat messages available to you.
