Clarity in the product
More than a description. In the real workflow.
Together, with boundaries
Shared does not mean limitless.

SharedShared work visible. Responsibilities clear. One paying person and up to four people who join plan tasks, calendars and lists with their own accounts. It stays clear what belongs to everyone — and who is taking care of it.
PersonalOne home. No shared data room.Journal and health areas are not shared automatically. The school monitor shows only authorised information; that consent remains understandable and revocable.Product status
Shared features are available. Personal areas stay separate.
Family adds a shared area to the personal Clarity Account. Seats, school access and storage follow different technical boundaries — they are not combined into blanket family access.
Plan, role and boundaries
Five people in total. Not five additional seats.
Family is one plan with one paying person and no more than four people who join. Everyone keeps their own account. The website does not grant seats; joining is confirmed server-side only after an unambiguous invitation and active Family entitlement.
- Plan holder
- 1 paying personThe active Family entitlement belongs to the paying person. They already count as one of the plan's five people.
- People who join
- Up to 4 seatsJoin through an unambiguous invitation and a separate account. An account cannot belong to two active families at the same time.
- Clarity Space
- 500 GB plan allowanceThe server currently measures usage per person. Aggregation, write limits and downgrade behaviour for a shared pool are not confirmed end to end.
What to know before you begin
- ‘Up to five people’ means one paying person plus four people who join. It does not mean five additional accounts beyond the plan holder.
- The 500 GB is not presented here as an already shared household pool. A combined meter follows only after aggregation and enforcement have been reviewed.
- Health data is deliberately excluded from Family. This includes measurements, medication, documents and the mere existence of such data.
- The school monitor is not permanent parental access. A child can understand and withdraw consent; Journal content is not shared automatically.
Plan together. Plan the boundaries too.
Compare Family and One, check the seat model and only then decide which plan fits your household.
