Clarity Support & Sessions
Help that stays with you.
Explain what you want to do. Your conversation keeps the replies together.
Fictional example. No message is sent. The Session link opens its real destination.
A closer look
Orientation, choice and a traceable conversation.
Help Centre before a case
The Help Centre provides guides and topics to read. You can compare a workflow step by step with what appears on your device. If a detail remains unclear, you can formulate a more specific question afterwards. Help Centre and support cases have their own places: orientation first, then a request when you need one.
You can understand the situation before handing your question to someone else.
A question with its own context
For an in-app support case, you deliberately choose a category and message. You describe what you observed and the step you want to understand. The case receives that context of its own. Before the first case, you review the support terms. New website requests are awaiting approval; the case workflow described here belongs to the app.
You determine which specific situation your request should explain.
Choose the handling route
You explicitly choose between human handling and AI assistance. Both routes are explained. The AI route additionally requires separate consent and the relevant approval. With the human route, your request goes to the team. You can choose a form of help that fits your question and your preference for how it is processed.
You can ask for help without silently consenting to AI processing.
Recognise origin and review
The conversation shows a message’s origin and its documented review state. You can distinguish an AI response and see whether human review is recorded. This helps you read the content and ask a follow-up. A human-review label appears where that review actually happened, giving the description a specific basis.
You can understand the actual basis of a response rather than assume its authority.
Follow up and close deliberately
An open case keeps the conversation about your issue together. You can add details and follow up in the same history while it is available. Once the problem is resolved, you mark the case accordingly. The request reaches a deliberate conclusion, and another question can become an issue of its own.
You can stay with the same issue and explicitly mark its conclusion yourself.
Your next step
A clear way forward for your question.
Support in the app offers an AI-assisted route after separate consent and a route directly to the team. You choose who handles your question. New support cases on the website are still awaiting approval.
