1. Purchases through Apple
In-app subscriptions and purchases are completed through your Apple Account and billed by Apple. Before confirmation, Apple displays the price, currency, term and trial period. Audecius receives purchase status and entitlements, but generally not full payment-instrument data. Apple's payment, tax and refund terms also apply; mandatory consumer rights remain in force.
2. Renewal
A subscription renews automatically for the displayed term and Apple charges the payment method unless you cancel within the period Apple specifies before the end of the current term. Price or tax changes are announced through Apple's process and may require consent. A trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel in time.
3. Cancellation, restoration and refunds
Manage or cancel on iOS under Settings, Apple Account, Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your account does not automatically cancel the Apple subscription. Restore Purchases reassigns entitlements. Request refunds from Apple; Audecius assists with technical entitlement errors. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the billing period unless local law provides otherwise.
4. Scope of service
Only features described as available at the time of purchase and updates required by law are binding. Roadmaps, beta and coming-soon items are not guarantees. Material adverse changes trigger statutory rights to remedy, termination or refund. Security, privacy, export and legal controls must not be available only for payment. Organisational plans do not create ownership of private data.
