Clarity changelog

What’s new. And what it really means.

Dated, understandable and with a clear distinction between website work, product release and preview.

An ordered, bound release record with traceable stages

Current status · 10 August 2026

A complete Clarity platform is taking shape.

These changes describe the verifiable state of the website. They do not replace App Store release notes or turn a preview into a released product.

Product

Clarity gets a home on the web.

The website organises the next product generation around everyday life, role and genuine feature status, instead of showing a long list of possibilities.

  • 17 detailed feature pages with availability and limits
  • Dedicated routes for learners, teachers, families, exchange and schools
  • Autumn 2026 release window without an invented deadline
  • Clarity Ripple and Daily Brief visibly marked as previews
Plans

Every plan now shows what it is for.

Free, Plus, Family, Teacher, One and School use the same images, prices and allowances as the current app catalogue.

  • Plus, One, Family and Teacher as the primary selection
  • Free as a lasting foundation; School as a separate offer
  • Plan choice retained through to the download page
  • Apple trial eligibility and subscription management clearly named
Account & support

One account. The same secure support.

The web account connects profile, verified plan, storage, privacy and support with the Audecius identity from Clarity.

  • Secure email-code session in an HTTP-only cookie
  • Support route with or without AI assistance
  • Human review claimed only when a review status was stored
  • No automatic use of previous cases as AI context
Trust

Product status belongs on the website.

The Legal Centre, Security, Status, Accessibility and Developer Centre consistently distinguish available, configured and preview states.

  • Versioned Legal Centre behind an approval gate
  • No invented green system status without live monitoring
  • Sandbox API, keys and Webhook Lab clearly separated from production access and SDK preview
  • Responsible-disclosure and Trust sections added

A shared language

New is not the same as available.

Every entry must make clear whether it describes the website, an app build or a genuinely released feature.

01

Website

A change to content, navigation or a web function. It does not automatically mean that the same feature has already been released in the app.

02

App build

A verifiable implementation in a specific Clarity build. Without App Store approval it remains a build status, not public availability.

03

Released

Genuinely available to the named audience, not merely visible through debug, role, legal or backend gates.

04

Preview

A real direction or partial implementation that users should not yet rely on as a stable contract.

05

Planned

A documented intention without an availability promise, date or guarantee of unchanged scope.

Release contract

What you can infer from this changelog.

Version, timeframe and status remain separate facts, so a large product vision does not accidentally become a date promise.

Version number
Clarity 2.0, Build 2 is configured in the current project. This page does not turn it into a released App Store build.
Timeframe
The public timeframe is autumn 2026. We do not claim a specific September day or bind it to an unconfirmed iOS release.
Release notes
App Store release notes begin with a build that was actually submitted and approved. Until then, this changelog documents the website and product status.
Corrections
If a publicly stated fact changes, the affected page is corrected. Legal texts also follow their own versioning and approval process.

More context than a version number.

The Newsroom explains the most important changes, decisions and boundaries in detail.
