Choose who can see school information

Your child chooses who can see their school information. The setting stays visible in Family Hub and can be changed again.

  1. Open Family Hub in the child’s account, then Who can see my school data.

  2. Review confirmed sharing and pending requests. Has asked shows the person requesting a school report.

  3. Read What gets sent to see the included school information. Allow only the intended request; sharing applies to that person.

  4. Check the confirmed status and report date. To end sharing, your child chooses Stop sharing and confirms the prompt. Existing calendar copies remain.
