1. Purpose and protection
Community, chat, creator and group areas are intended for learning, organisation and safe connection. Protecting minors and affected people takes priority over reach or engagement. These standards apply to posts, profiles, messages, media, links, comments, groups and support contacts.
2. Prohibited content
Prohibited content includes child sexual-abuse material, sexual exploitation or grooming, non-consensual intimate content, human trafficking, credible threats of violence, support for terrorism, encouragement of self-harm, hateful attacks, targeted harassment, doxing, impersonation, fraud, dangerous goods, malware, spam and rights infringements. Educational or news-reporting context does not justify unnecessary distribution of harmful content.
3. Reporting, blocking and emergencies
Users can report content and block accounts. Reports should identify the item, reason, explanation and contact. Immediate danger should be reported to local emergency services; an in-app report is not an emergency call. Audecius prioritises credible threats and the protection of minors, preserves necessary evidence and reports content where required by law.
4. Moderation, reasons and appeals
Audecius may use automated detection and human review, limit or remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts and inform authorities. Measures take account of context, severity, reach, repetition, intent and the protection of minors. Where safe and legally possible, the affected person receives the rule, facts, automation, duration and appeal route. Appeals are not decided solely by the same automated system.
5. Copyright and repeat infringers
Rights holders may report specifically identified infringements with their contact details, the work, its location, and statements of good faith and accuracy; affected people may respond. Audecius acts promptly on valid notices and terminates repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Before a US launch, a DMCA agent, registration, public designation, takedown process and counter-notice process must be in place.
6. Contact and transparency
Reports and appeals go to support@audeciusofficial.com until a dedicated legal contact is published. Audecius documents measures, timing and errors where required and publishes required DSA transparency information. This email does not replace the DSA or DMCA process required before entering a market.
