Clarity Developer Program terms.

Dated 12 August 2026This English translation is provided for convenience. The German version remains the controlling text and has not been independently legally reviewed in English.

1. Application and review

The application is linked to a verified Audecius Account. Audecius reviews professional suitability, security understanding, requested areas and submitted evidence. The minimum requirement is a bachelor's degree or a professionally comparable path, plus three years of relevant practical experience. An application creates no entitlement to admission. Approval or rejection, with reasons, is sent to the account email address.

2. Membership and price

Only after approval can an annual membership be purchased through Stripe for EUR 19.99 or USD 19.99. Developer access is activated only after a server-verified payment event. Membership renews annually until cancelled in the customer portal before the next renewal.

3. Scope

Membership opens the web tools listed in the workspace, sandbox APIs, project identities, test webhooks, learning content and declarative Tool Builder. It does not change a native Clarity plan and grants neither production access nor access to another person's data. Production releases require an additional review.

4. Keys, scopes and security

API keys must not be stored publicly, in client code or in repositories. Least privilege applies. Scopes must not be circumvented, rate limits deliberately overloaded, or test data represented as real user or health data. C2 actions require explicit human approval; C3 and C4 are not enabled in the public Developer contract.

5. Tools and review

A tool remains private until it is approved. Audecius may require changes or evidence, or reject it. Releases may be suspended or revoked for security, legal, quality or contractual violations. Declarative tool approval does not legitimise third-party executable code.

6. Termination and support

On cancellation, access ends in line with the confirmed billing status. Keys and projects may be blocked earlier for security reasons. Questions, appeals against a review decision and technical problems use Developer Support with the relevant project context.
