We process your account ID and email address, name, organisation, country, time zone, languages, education, professional experience, chosen fields of work, profile and portfolio links, free-text answers, requested features and safety confirmations. The decision, reasoning, delivery status and associated audit events are recorded against the account.
2. How the data is used
The data is used only for suitability and safety review, communication about the decision, activation and protection of the Developer Workspace, billing for an approved membership, and investigation of abuse or technical faults.
3. Services and recipients
Supabase processes account, database, storage and server functions. Resend transports transactional application and decision emails. Stripe processes payment and subscription data only after approval. Vercel hosts the web interface. Reviewers see only applications for which their server-side role is authorised.
4. Developer operating data
After activation, we process projects, scopes, key metadata, usage counters, webhook endpoints, learning progress, tool manifests, reviews and installation status. A newly created API secret is shown only once; only a cryptographic verifier is stored. Support may receive project context, never the secret.
5. Retention and rights
Data is retained only as long as the application, membership, security evidence, legal obligations or handling of a dispute requires it. You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction through the published privacy and support routes. A deletion request is not yet confirmed deletion; Audecius confirms completion separately.
6. Voluntary provision and consequences
Applying is voluntary. Without the required information and confirmation of this notice, no reviewable Developer application can be created. Normal use of the Audecius Account and the native Clarity plan is unaffected.
